Recycled plastic
at Medialab Tabakalera

Design and production of a surf fin made of recycled plastic, collected from the local beach of Zurriola in Donostia-San Sebastian. It was produced with the recycling machines of Precious Plastic community at Tabakalera. A project to raise awareness of the pollution of plastic waste and the relevance to reuse this discarded material from the sea.
The colour palette of the fin is inspired by Vincent Van Gogh’s Starry Night.
